Eta Kappa Nu, abbreviated HKN, is an honor society for electrical and computer engineers (computer science majors included), HKN was created to honor students who excel in the areas of scholarship character, and leadership, and is globally recognized as “the one honor society that represents the highest values of our profession” (IEEE). New members are selected and invited for membership based on academic ranking and character.
